If You're In The Process Of

• Getting new radiators fitted

Try not to get them fitted so close to the wall that you can't get a mini-roller behind them!

• Getting new electrical sockets

Try to make sure that if the electrician is fitting two or more sockets side-by-side or one on top of the other to leave sufficient room to get a paintbrush between them!

• Hanging a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

Make sure that you have enough room to paint behind the screen or else be able to remove it from the mounting bracket.
